This host domain will be provided by your email provider)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Username<\/span>: john_doe@subdomain.yourcompany.com<\/strong> (add the email for the sender, it should be an already created email account)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Password<\/span>: xxxxxxxx<\/strong> (It&#8217;s the same password you need to access your emails in the webmail aplication. It should not have &#8220;\/&#8221; or &#8220;\\&#8221; characters)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Type of connection<\/span>: smtp<\/strong> (if you select this option you will have more deliverability. But if you want to use your actual Sengrid account, select that option)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Port<\/span>: 587<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Collect Replies<\/span>: True<\/strong> (select this checkbox if you want to see the responses in the &#8220;Inbox&#8221; section of OutboundRocks)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Type of Mailbox<\/span>: imap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SSL option<\/span>: True<\/strong> (select this checkbox)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">All collected emails will be deleted from the account unless you specify the name of the archive folder*<\/span> : Archive <\/strong>(you need to write the name of a folder already created in your webmail.
